Pedro Arroyo, 37, of 150 Constitution Oak, Hartford, was charged Sept. 9 with first-degree housebreaking, second-degree felony mischief, third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit these costs, and interfering with police.
On Sept. 9 police responded to the Citgo at 80 Cook dinner Ave. for a report of an activated alarm. The proprietor instructed police he noticed two folks inside the shop. Officers responding noticed a person strolling away and started a foot chase.
